「highly recommend」
+I really enjoyed the location, right across the street from Wawa. I loved how old and new the building and the room felt, fresh paint really looks great. the floors were clean the TV was a smart TV, have Wi-Fi available, the thermostat was on the wall for the air conditioning. I rate the plum tree inn higher and highly recommend over many other locations in the area.
−there were some areas that I had to clean in the bathroom. the hair dryer was cracked and broken as well but nothing was standing out that was bad

+Having a smoking room. Everything I needed to do was just minutes away.
−The TV didn't work. The room was not completely clean. There was no staff to speak of. But you get what you pay for.c

「Could have been worse.」
−The door was hard to open as the door jam was breaking. The floors were disgusting and I only found that out after running out of the shower to turn my alarm off and hoping up the water. The towel was almost black. AC doesn’t run constantly so the room gets hot and nothing was plugged in meaning I had to do it myself. Prices shouldn’t be so high for having to perform their own duties.

+The hotel itself was charming. I could tell the rooms were updated. I couldn't believe there was a smoking room, I didn't think that existed any more.

「Just a place to lay your head. Would not recommend again.」
+Location to family. And staff was nice.
−The room was dirty. Stuff all over walls. Mirrors dirty. floors not mopped. Curtains had grim build up on them. Walls very thin, you could hear everyone walk/talk in the rooms beside you and above you. Doors not insulated properly, could see right outside when closed. No do not disturb signs. So house keeper knocked then opened door on you. Ice machine broken.
