+the hotel basement flooded and I was forced to leave the hotel even though I paid for more nights and I was not refunded
+When I reached the hotel stay itself was not available. The hotel management mentioned they renovated the property last week and we didn’t receive any prior notice either from the hotel or Expedia. and we were left stranded in the middle of the night. The hotel management then sent to an alternative place but there were no vacant rooms in that place either. This is the most unsafe and unpleasant experience I have ever faced especially in a city I’m visiting for the first time.
+Clean ,well kept I am at peace,friendly staff .I will stay there Next time I am in nyc.

+The hotel was lovely. It was very close to shops, a laundry mat & public transportation. The staff were very nice, helpful, approachable & easy to talk too. We only used the hotel to sleep in & it served its purpose fine. The staff, condition of the hotel & the shopping made it a very nice stay.

「Very Small Room」
+The room was very small. There was no closet. Check in was easy. Our first room had no shower curtain, so we had to move rooms. They supplied soap shampoo and conditioner. There was a sign that said if you forgot something see the front desk, however they didn’t have toothbrushes.
