「Had everything we needed, comfy bed and a great shower.」
+Cleanliness and staff. Wayne was very friendly and helpful. Very good shower. It was very cold when we arrived, but the very efficient heat pump soon warmed us up. We had an issue about towels not being changed but this was quickly sorted once brought to their attention.
−It was very noisy, could hear everything from unit next door. The bathroom is poorly designed, found it very difficult to use sink to brush teeth, little shelf in the way.

+Location suited us. Good heat pump. Comfy bed.
−No plug for sink in kitchen. No milk. Shower is leaking, low water pressure. When I entered to the office a lady behind the counter burped extremely loudly, not too pleasant to walk into.

「If you want to sleep choose somewhere else.」
+The fellow at the office was a hoot .. offered me a lolly from a massive open bin on the counter which god knows how many hands or flies had touched. The duvet covers were pretty. Shower pressure was fantastic. Room was a great size and beds were large. Sheets were clean which was a bonus now I've read the reviews. Fridge worked. Pub next door was good we had a lovely meal.
−The gritty floor. Stains on bathroom walls looked suspiciously like poo. There was a sock jammed into the bathroom sliding door runner. The sellotape on the window frame helped secure the curtain and blocked out the streetlight. The prefab was cold and the bedding was thin. Pillows were a slab of latex and smelt of rubber. The neigbouring punters arrived back after we were in bed and the whole unit shook with their movements. We could hear every word and fart from next door which meant we hardly slept. This went well into the night and early morning .. it was like a bad episode of father ted with the irish dancing in the tiny caravan. I don't know whether to laugh hysterically about the whole experience or cry about paying $185 to stay there. NEVER AGAIN.

+Good location, friendly staff. Modern looking rooms.
−One bed was comfy, the other was uncomfortable. You can hear the neighboring room when they move about in the night.

「Unclean rooms, staff friendly but did not do a good job of room service.」
+Location was ok, restaurant and bar was good
−Room was dirty on arrival, previous guests shampoo in the shower and dirty socks left in bathroom, had to inform staff to clean after we arrived. Clean towels were not left daily, had to go and inform office. Office hours were only for 4 hours so oneday when I went to get clean towels and they were closed I had to go and buy towels. Shower drain blocked, room damp overnight.
