+very nice apartment, bed was comfortable. Very clean. Location is very good, everything is very close. Internet is fast.
−One of the problems is that all the free parking is busy 24/7 and you have to pay for parking all day long.

「Good for a one night stay」
+We choose this accommodation as it is fairly close to the port and we were only staying for one night before flying out of Split. The shower was good and the room is comfortable and clean.
−I had asked via booking.com if there was a room where we could store our luggage as check out is 10 (a bit early compared to other accommodation) and our flight from Split was not until early evening. I was told we could - but when we got there we were told we could leave it in the hallway on the ground floor (room is on the first floor). The front door is used by other residents and it did not seem to lock and we did not feel that our luggage would be secure. We also asked about taxis and we were told that they would send us a text message but this didn't happen. We solved both problems ourselves. There are alot of storage areas at the port for a small fee and there is also a shuttle bus to the airport at the port which was very reliable and efficient and much cheaper than a taxi.

「Really enjoyed my stay at Pietra Rosa. Anna was amazing’」
+The suite was a good size and was exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was modern with a great shower
−There were quite a few stairs but Anna was very helpful and carried my luggage for me

+La disponibilité de l'hôte fut très appréciable. Je suis arrivé en fin de matinée et j'ai pu y laisser mes affaires avant de récupérer la chambre vers 14h. La chambre est propre, spacieuse et agréable. La proximité avec le centre de Split est un énorme +.

+I was met on arrival aand all e plained to me, key cards for accrss etc. Loved the mix of old stone and nice modern shower, comfy bed, room was cool so easy to sleep. Easy walk to the beach or town. Im a female travelling on my own and felt safe.
−Luckily the taxi driver knew exactly where it was and gave good directions, otherwise i may have walked past it and would have been unsure to go upstairs in the building to find the aparrment.

「Noche en Split」
+Muy espaciosa la Habitación, la Cama Matrimonial muy alta. Y la cama Adicional era un poco incómoda.

+L’emplacement était idéal, à proximité de la vieille ville et de la plage de Bačvice, toutes deux accessibles à pied en moins de 10 minutes. La chambre était spacieuse, tout comme la salle de bain, ce qui était particulièrement appréciable. La décoration était vraiment charmante, pleine de cachet, et contribuait à nous plonger pleinement dans l’ambiance de la ville. Le personnel était également très disponible, accueillant et flexible. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

+La atencion por parte de Ana fue excelente. Yo llegue muy temprano y me permitió dejar mis cosas para poder aprovechar el día,el dpto súper amplio,moderno,bien ubicado y espacioso. Sin dudas recomiendo,súper cerca del súper y de la playa,de los lugares históricos.
