+Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, l'hôtel est très bien situé, non loin du marché central que nous voulions visiter tout en étant dans une zone très calme. La chambre était grande et confortable. Le personnel était très compétent, très attentionné. Le dîner était super. La vue depuis le balcon de la chambre était top. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons !

「A disgrace」

−Was given only hand towels in my room for 2 days, towels looked 20 years old. Cold omelet for breakfast until I complained. Awful food. The whole experience was more a 2 star. The worst hotel I have stayed in for more than 20 years. A disgrace to the Pestana Rovuma chain.

+The only thing I liked was the location, nothing else.
−The room was very unclean; they only put one towel down, and i book for a couple. The room was full of cockroaches, and the air conditioning didn't work well. I think they should take away this hotel's 4-star rating; it's not worth anything. This is the first and last time we stay at this hotel; it was a disappointment.

−Para minha grande surpresa o grupo Pestana tem um hotel numa capital com uma qualidade em nada correspondente ao prestígio do grupo. O jantar demorou quase duas horas a ser servido e com má qualidade. Fomos informados no fim do jantar que não havia qualquer sobremesa disponível. O pequeno almoço era muito fraco, sem os mínimos exigidos. Imagino que haverá muito melhores hotéis em Maputo. Este desaconselho vivamente.
