「Threatened to give away my room and a cold shower..... 😑」
+The price.
−Even though I booked ahead of time and it says check in is available until 11pm. I got a message from the hotel at 2pm that said if I didnt check in by 6pm my room would be forfeited. I had a meeting until 5 and barely made it. Then when I got my key it wouldnt work and they had to come up to the room to the room and change the batteries in the door and reprogram. There also was absolutely no hot water in my room. So I had a quick, cold, uncomfortable shower. The room also smelled of mold..... Serves me right for being cheap....Ill spend the 50 bucks more and stay at the Comfort Inn by IHOP again.

+Great location and rate. Clean and upto date. Everything we needed.
−The air conditioned turned off every day while gone so room was hot when we got back. Noise from highway, but nothing they can do about that.

−They canceled my room at 5pm without talking to me, no communication. We showed up around 9pm. The information said we had til 11:30pm to check in. There was no more rooms either.

「Do not recommend this hotel being connected to booking.com because they do not like guests who book with a 3rd party.」

−Communication is not good at all. Sent multiple requests to cancel they do not respond. Called them they act like they do not know what you’re talking about and tell you take it up with the 3rd party they can’t do anything on their end. Rude front desk clerk did not care to hear my concern.

「Good value overall for the price」

−Towels dirty with spots and very thin. Shampoo packets are hard to open when you are in the shower. Need hanging scissors or caps on shampoo. Sheets and comforter very thin.
