「It served my needs and was a good value.」
+The motel accepts dogs with a $10 fee; there is a lawn in front to accommodate. It is an older motel in reasonable condition. The staff person was great.
−There was no coffee maker in the room, nor to my knowledge in the office. There is a Dutch Brothers nearby, but I have become accustomed to on-site coffee being provided. There is a busy road and railroad nearby, which might disturb a light sleeper.

「Disgusting but had no other place to go」
+Close to where I needed to go. Staff needs to know ADA laws before asking for proof.Talked to Anthony and showed him pictures and he said would talk with management but they never contacted us
−Very dirty in many different ways, have more pictures but unable to put them all on here. I had prepaid for 2 days so was non-refundable was told. Was the worse place I have ever stayed at and room pictures were deceiving as they are not what was advertised. If I had the funds or place to go I would have left. The place was not busy and wasn’t offered another room. I do not recommend this place at all!!
