「Great budget place to stay」
+Location obviously! Room was spacious, bright (due to north facing room) and airy (windows open wide). Very comfortable bedding
−Near zero kitchenware which is strange considering the blurb says 'kitchenette', also surprising since there is a kitchen sink, dining table and chairs in the room? (just two tea cups and two spoons and couldn't find any plates, bowls, knives, forks or larger spoons). Freezer compartment in fridge is completely useless (doesn't freeze) with no freezer space available anywhere else (to store a number of smallish freezer blocks for a few nights whilst staying there). Shower recess leaked a considerable amount of water over bathroom/toilet floor making it a potential slip hazard. Limited car parking on site so had to find street parking. (PS In saying all that, we've already booked our next stay there!)

「Beachfront with value」
+Beachfront at cottesloe beach, room can't see the beach view but the room is refurbished, spacious, have everything we needed. Clean and tidy.
−The lift is very old and unfortunately it broke down the day we checked in. So abit of inconveniences having to walk down with huge luggage bags.

+Close to the beach and pub. Staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable
−The hotel is out dated. Needs a revamp for the money. Furniture old and worn. There doing renovations now , so hopefully the place will look better soon.

「Budget price, budget expectations」
+Big room, budget price
−Very dated almost damaged furniture. Hallway carpets need upgrade as almost dangerous. Everything just very dated.
