「Had to leave due to an unacceptably dirty and unsafe room.」
+Nothing to report I was unable to stay due to the room’s condition.
−On arrival, no clean room was available. Staff said someone would clean it, so I waited. When I checked again, the room was still dirty, with rubbish on the floor and balcony, and unmade beds. I didn’t feel safe staying there and had to leave and book another hotel at my own expense.
