「A beautiful wellnes retreat」
+I was moved to BE Tulum as Nomade was closed for reno. BE was gorgeous and the staff were so kind and caring. There was a whatsapp chat made with the concierges, and the expierence coordinator, José was so incredibly attentive- such a great person! I will be back and I haven't stopped raving about this place to friends and family. It's a short bike ride from a couple of big open cenotes. Food closeby was so good. The included breakfast at the hotel was very limited but it was nice.
−the breakfast selection needs more. the taxi situation (it's extortionate)

「Beautiful but wellness services all cancelled.」
−I did not like that all of the wellness activities were cancelled because there were not enough participants. That is why we went there. But the hotel was still really beautiful. Just bummed about there being Temazcal ceremonies, and sound baths that were both cancelled. They shouldn't advertise those activities if they aren't going to really offer them. I would still maybe book there and just go to wellness services elsewhere because the place is beautiful.

+Sus instalaciones hermosas, pero en realidad estuvimos fue en Be Tulum
−No avisaron que nomade está cerrado y no está prestando el servicio actualmente y llegar al hotel y verlo cerrado y más que llegamos de noche fue una mala experiencia

+Estuvimos fue en el hotel Be Tulum, hotel hermano de Nomade, es un gran hotel, me encantó
−No me gustó que llegamos a nomade y no nos habían avisado que el hotel ya no estaba en funcionamiento fue un momento de incomodidad porq no sabíamos que debíamos hacer gracias a Dios apareció un señor al rato que nos dijo que fuéramos a Be Tulum que estaban recibiendo las reservas de nomade alla. Esto me causó un poco de molestia ya que si este señor no aparece no teníamos como saberlo

「The Personnel at the Wellness Center are the Best!」
+Nomade was amazing in terms of the location and its beauty. But the best part was the staff, especially the personnel of the wellness center. Clementina was the first person i met, is as if she could read my pain. She focus her full attention to me and we were talking way over past her shift. I went to her with a heavy heart just to set up some sessions and left there feeling so at ease just based on our conversations (such a beautiful soul) .Then i met Sol, who is such a sweetheart, she made my set up for a spa day smoothly as well as a healing session, gave me great advice and suggestions. Lola was clutch! Such a beautiful person, so understanding, and very professional. She knows how to definitely read peoples feelings. I went at a time that was cloudy, raining yet the personnel there made my stay amazing.

「A Beautiful Birthday Stay at Nômade」
+What a life changing experience. I think you’ll hear from many guests that people come to Nômade to disconnect and recharge, and while the wellness activities absolutely provide that, it was truly the staff and fellow guests that made this such an extraordinary stay. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the personal wellness concierge, Clementina. She made my Nômade experience everything that it was. From helping me select personal sessions, to adjusting times to accommodate my schedule, to personally walking me to events and making herself available before and after each session for any questions I had, working with her felt like such an unexpected gift. I know for a fact that I will be back because of this experience. While I did have an issue with my room on the third night, the staff was incredibly prompt and accommodating in moving me to another lovely room. I opted for a standard room because I was a bit nervous about the outdoor bathing experience, so the Jungle Room ended up being the perfect middle ground for me. The service staff kept every part of the resort clean, peaceful, and comfortable throughout my stay. I will note that it was a bit louder on Thursday night

「Effortless beauty and calm」
+I so enjoyed my stay at Nômade Tulum. Everything was beautiful. I loved the natural and rustic layout. Meandering paths to get gently lost in, all the while knowing you are safe and calm. The casitas are comfy and cool. The perfect balance of design and effortless beauty. The classes are all amazing. Such great teachers and gorgeous settings to practice in. And the staff, everyone is so helpful and kind. They really make you feel like you belong there. All together Nômade makes for a great healing experience and I’ll definitely be back. Gracias!
