+This was the perfect selection. We had a wonderful time! If I had known ahead, I would have booked all my time in Edinburgh here. it was a bit more money than the Scott but it was WELL worth it!!! I liked it MUCH better.

+Superbly presented hotel with lots of lovely touches to show the proprietors care about their guests. No lift means its not for everyone but I will choose it again next time I stay in the city.
+Truly a property with character, we were taken on a tour when checking in. A vintage building, our room had a high ceiling with intricate plaster work. Property is in an excellent location for Holyrood Palace and HMY Britannia as well as shopping and nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay.

+Staff were very friendly, the executive room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would come back happily. It’s on a quiet street and is close to shops, bars, cafes, restaurants etc. It’s relatively close to Waverley train station and has local transport links by bus for those wanting to explore the area. Edinburgh Playhouse and other local attractions are also close by.
