+Where to start…when we arrived we couldn’t find anyone on the property to let us into our room. It was a ghost town. Didn’t appear that anyone else was staying in the other units. We found someone who took us to our room. We were to have a private splash pool. We were told that was only in executive suites despite the fact we saw several on the way to our room. We were taken to room with a pool and someone was cleaning it but it was never filled. Property rep says we never asked for it to be filled…? There wasn’t a hairdryer as listing said. +Excelente lugar para descansar
「Great Stay」
+We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, we booked a 2-bedroom suite on the roof with a large balcony - perfect for relaxing in private. Despite arriving late at 3 AM, the process was seamless. We received clear instructions via WhatsApp on how to access our key and find our suite. The cleaning staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, adding a personal touch to our experience. This is truly a great place to unwind and enjoy some privacy. Highly recommend!
