「Not good, spend money elsewhere. I'm done with this place.」
+Location. Fridge and AC worked.
−Was given a room with a Queen bed, when I booked a King Bed. The room was above the driveway. NOISY as heck, with the room right next to the main road, had to wear earplugs 2 out of the 3 nights just to get some sleep. The old windows didn't help much. This room needs major renovations with soundproof walls and windows. Restroom door wouldn't close. The door frame was cracked with screws holding it together. Holes in the ceiling. Bathtub faucet and shower head needs repairs, they both ran at the same, limiting the water pressure. Outdated furniture, including a small TV. Light switches that didn't work, didn't turn on anything when flipped. The light bar above the sink didn't have a wall switch, it was an in-line switch that plugged into an outlet. This property needs to be brought up to all Applicable Building Codes. Booking.com, you need to get this property off of your list.

「Absolute disgusting experience.」

−When we arrived, no one was in the Lobby. A man, who did not speak English, greeted us and let us in and had to call the desk clerk who was not on the property at all. We had to wait for him. I reserved a King bed and he put us in a room with 2 Queen beds. It had almost no electric wall outlets. I am on oxygen and must have an oxygen concentrator on at all times. We had to buy an extension cord in order to plug my machine in! The room was filthy. My husband went to the lobby immediately to get CLEAN TOWELS. The microwave had food spatter in it and the coffee maker was dirty as well. I had to clean it just to make coffee. There were cockroaches roaming the bed and table. We noticed the ceiling above the bathtub was cracking and caving down, so we did not shower. The toilet didn't flush many times leaving poop in the bowl. Then, the light and fan in the toilet area stopped working. After just one horrible night, we checked out. I want a REFUND!

「Good service, just a dirty room」
+The bathtub, tile were dirty, pillow cases had stains, I was glad I brought my own.

「Would stay here again, no question, with the expectation that it ain’t a resort. Good spot」
+Good location with adequate parking. Once the air conditioner ran for a few hours it was nice and chilly, but upon arrival it was stuffy and warm. Overall good for the night we stayed. Surprised to find they had an ice machine, which was nice. Big bed and more than two pillows. The tiny soap bars were funny as hell and cute.
−The guy who worked the desk when we arrived (I assume the proprietor) wasn’t friendly but did do his job satisfactorily. The towels are really small but seemed clean. For some reason, checkout is at 10:30am. Never was told that but have always had a checkout time of 11am everyplace I’ve stayed. Also the soda machine was out of order. No shade on the first floor, outside relaxing was not an option. The lamps had the plastic shipping covers on them as well as the small shelf… I’m assuming it’s in a remodel transition.
