「Chose for convenience of location to rest our heads」
+ease of check in. 2 recent stays rook 3 much more comfortable than room 61 but room3 disturbed by peoples voices at night and early morning. pool and gym

「Beautiful house/ food but overpriced for actual accommodation」

−2 rooms booked with Little instruction how to find them. Dirty corridors with glasses left outside our rooms Newly painted stairs so there wax a smell of paint. Code to swimming pool not given

「A warm welcome awaits you」
+A real gem of a find for us. Lovely welcome, close car parking and super room which was clean and comfortable. a little way from closest neighbours this hotel offers everything the traveller needs. We were only passing by so our stay was one night but we will be back. You cannot help but be impressed by the hotel and its environment.

「Perfectly adequate.」
+Clean, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. It felt safe.
−The food at the bar. I felt that the menu was limited. I opted for a gammon steak which was tough. Not impressed.

+I like food,room,swimming pool,jacuzzy
−I didnt like coming 9.30 a.m to have a breakfast and told that kitchen is close.but finally let us to have a breakfast.Is not nice feeling especcially if i got chronic illness and need more time to get ready on very early in the morning on breakfast.

「Good for an overnight stop」
+Good overnight after arriving late evening on the Bilbao ferry. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but the bed not so. Good shower. Parking was available but we had to drive round the site to find a space. Although the site was obviously busy it was very quiet.
−We arrived in the dark which made locating reception and finding a car park space a bit of a challenge. The main building is used as a conference centre and the rooms for guests are in blocks separate from the main building. In the dark it was a tad difficult trying to locate our room.
