+I have stayed at the Courthouse when it first opened. They had room service no charge and it was greatly appreciated then . I did not eat at the hotel but if you do not have this i would suggest it .
−A coffee machine and soda stream for stays 2 or more nights..

−Bit noisy between 10-12 pm on a Tuesday night when trying to sleep.

「Super friendly and helpful staff」
+I can't credit the staff enough, they were so accommodating. We ended up having to bring our son with us, they supplied extra blankets and towels for him. We stayed to attend an appointment at the royal Melbourne. 10/10 will be staying here for the next appointment

「Great spot, clean room, nice bed, good value)」
+Arrived late (way past closing) check in was still super easy. Bed was comfortable and large. Room was clean and tidy. Location was perfect for Melbourne Uni area.
−It’s a pub, so if you are going to try and get to sleep early you will need earplugs. (Wasn’t an issue for me becasue I was either out beyond pub hours, or at the pub.)
