「The stay was ok, but the staff and/or the hotel's policy in revealing the CVV number was not.」
−The staffs at reception desk asked me to provide them with my credit card verification number (the three secret digits CVV number), which I believe unacceptable, and can be illegal. I refused and it took long to check in.

「Icky」
+No breakfast service provided
−Our first room had a very large patch of thread bare carpet, the room was dingy and the bed was tiny. We were transferred to another room which was an improvement on the first but we ended up sharing our room with 2 cockroaches. Overall a very run down and dingy hotel.

+A relatively quiet and comfortable stay. Very little noise from neighbours or from downstairs this time. As usual, the double ensuite rooms provide plenty of space and the refrigerator, toaster, cutlery, dish cloth and kettle are very useful features. Overall for about 110 AUD a night represents good value right now.

「Handy and very adequate」
+Comfortable & opposite the train station - just what we needed. All we needed for a short stay.

+A pleasant simple place to stay, with car parking and with a Station over the road. Good food and a pub downstairs.
