「not the best」
+it was okay
−the property was dirty. there was i dont know if it was mayo on the side or what. then we found a finger nail. it wouldnt even take a hr for a good deep clean. the toilet didnt flush properly, the doors wasnt stable and barely any space. there was stain on the bedding. the location doest fit this air b&b at all. the woman was nice to communicate with. had a shock of £250 deposit but managed to get it down so i appreciated that.

−The shower temperature was a bit confusing and there should be more than just one window that can open

「Brilliant location, easy access, comfy sleep」
+Location was great, everything was easily accessible. Bed and bedding was so comfortable. Access and communication was great Everything we needed for the nights stay
−Not much wrong but some noise concerns but host responded quickly. Maybe replace the concertina style door on the bathroom for something a little more private. But a great stay thank you

−Hot tub was empty had to fill myself which took ages didnt get to use until next morning before we left. Could feel all the springs in the bed. Canopy was broken and kept getting caught in the door. No parking. Its located in the middle of a industrial park. Not good for the price it is much smaller than you think

+The room was well equipped with everything you'd need, had a shared bathroom but it was very clean and you are only sharing with a few rooms. For the price it's good value. Yes the location isn't the best but you can jump on a lime bike easy enough from the top of the street if you're worried about walking through the estate, only a few mins cycling to chinatown. I slept SO WELL
−The shop was closed downstairs where you normally pick up the key, this meant they left the outside door open.i locked it straight away when I got the key from the room but slight worry if they are doing that for others and you're in the shared bathroom etc.. generally though I'd say for the price it is very good value

+The room was comfortable and the facilities were great. The host was very accommodating and responded to messages promptly
−There was only a concertina door on the bathroom it could do with having a proper door. There was no tea and coffee provided.

「Vert good!」
+Very very nice airbnb. It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful! I recomend
−It was missing essentials like proper washup stuff for dishes, there was only a tiny bin in the toilet. Other than that, pretty good!

−U can’t adjust the temperature on the hot tube. So we didn’t use the hot tub even though that’s what we paid for

「Enjoyed the stay just was able to use the hot tub once because of rain and the umbrella not working which was the point」
+Booked as bday getaway for my partner, he enjoyed the stay, the place was private and comfortable, just right for some time alone
−There were a few things that need a little touchup other than that it’s good
