「O melhor custo-benefício de Milão.」
+É tudo o que dizem mesmo. Localização excelente, instalações modernas e super limpas. Lorenzo é muito atencioso e nos recebeu com muita simpatia. Lá havia tudo o que precisávamos e mais um pouco. Como passamos só uma noite para pegar o vôo de manhã, não conseguimos aproveitar tudo o que a acomodação tinha para oferecer. Se um dia voltar a Milão, com certeza ficarei lá de novo. Para quem vai de carro (como eu), o estacionamento é muito próximo e funciona 24h.

「Beste Unterlunft in Mailand!」
+Alles war grandios! Der Gastgeber ist ein Engel. Er nahm per WhatsApp Kontakt zu uns aus, da 2 Tage vor der Anreise. Er hat auf uns gewartet. Auf alles Rückaicht genommen. Hatte Beate Empfehlungen. Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden!

+Lorenzo was amazing. Before we arrived, Lorenzo organised the congestion pass for our rental car and parking. On our arrival, he met us outside and showed us to the car park and arranged the payment, he took all the stress out of our arrival to Milan. The apartment was secure, clean and much more than we had expected, with welcoming tea / coffee, fruit, and a mini fridge. Location was central, 15 mins walk either side of the old and new town, just perfect. Breakfast was included in the Tabacchi a couple of doors away, this was lovely, staff were welcoming and it was filled with locals, always a good sign.

「10/10 stay, incredible value, incredible owner. LOVED IT」
+What an amazing stay! Excellent location and neighborhood. Everything within walking distance. Beautiful apartment that felt like authentic Italy, with every amenity you could think of from snacks and a sewing kit, to hair flat irons, and slippers. Lorenzo was incredible in showing us around and how everything works. We will be back again and again in Milan!
−*only complaint, ONLY thing, was the pillows on the bed were a little hard! But such a small minor inconvenience*

「Perfekt」
+Die Lage war super! Von der Wohnung aus konnte man alles bequem zu Fuss erreichen. In der Umgebung gab es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Für uns war es perfekt, um Mailand in kurzer Zeit zu entdecken und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Auch der Empfang war toll. Uns wurde genau und verständlich erklärt, wie wir mit dem Zug vom Flughafen zur Wohnung kommen. So war die Anreise ganz unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank war bereits gefüllt und alles war inklusive. Auch das Badezimmer hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Man merkt, dass an alles gedacht wurde, damit man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

+Marco is a fantastic host and gives a good briefing to us. We are surprised by the drinks and snacks he has provided. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning is performed. We have enjoyed our stay here very much.
