+ONLY the location, wifi, and the receptionist!
−Every other thing. First, my booking was not found, and no one sent me an email to inform me it was cancelled or not. I was told my room was not available and I had to pay for an upgrade. The bathroom had a non-functioning water heater. The room changed, yet the water heater wasn't working. The shower was dirty, the toilet seat was dirty and spoilt. I left the next morning. Booking.com should check hotels properly before listing them.

+The location is secure, good and clean environment. The people are very friendly and professional. Good working AC and hot shower. Great food. Silent and peaceful. I said secure and very respectful.
−The TV doesn't give YouTube. No remote for the TV.

−I stayed in this hotel because i travelled from Delta state and i have an appointment in the morning the next day. Where i was going was a walking distance, the staff just directed me on how to go about it. That was nice off her.

「I love the privacy and lack of attention that they didn't give up breakfast as they said online」
+I like that the Price was kind of cheap and the ac works fine
−The service is bad, the receptionist talk bad about customers when they are not around and disclose personal affairs and account on how they book a room.
