「Beautiful hotel with secure bike parking in the heart of Pollensa」
+Comfortabele bed, beautiful rooftop, delicious breakfast, late check-out, ... The location is perfect, right in the center, and they have secure bike parking where you can hang your bicycle. We would definitely choose this hotel again!!!

−La disposition du coin salle de bain douche lavabos et wc Ce n est pas discret. Si on ne vient pas en couple on ne peut pas avoir d intimité ni avec le coin lavabos le coin douche le wc. La porte vitrée fait soit d un côté pour wc soit de l autre côté pour la douche. Et piece eclairie on voit tout.

「Overall acceptable, but they need to work on the breakfast quality」
+It is located in the best location in town, in a pedestrian area but very central. Staff is overall friendly and is very helpful with any question you have. There was also a place to store bikes
−The hotel didn't really meet our expectations. The room looked nice, but it was a bit smelly and also the Airco is really loud at night and noisy from the hallway is a bit disturbing. All in all acceptable, but it could be better. Biggest issue is the breakfast. It lacks variety and for a boutique hotel is just too low quality. There are bakeries around the corner with great pastries, now there are only a few cold tasteless pastries. Also they don't buy enough for all customers. There is 1 bread for everyone, if it's done the other customers just get supermarket-bag bread....

「A great hotel in the heart of Pollenca!」
+Mon Boutique is a very cool hotel superbly situated in the heart of Pollenca. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop, with its lovely views and plunge pool. We would definitely stay here again!
−We would have liked a wider range of foods at breakfast.

−The hotel foyer is impressive and the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience of the room was quite different from the impression given by the Booking.com listing. The room we were allocated was very small, with limited storage and a small window looking onto a white wall. This was very different from the impression given by the photographs and description on Booking.com, which referred to an inner courtyard view. The room description also stated that it includedslippers, but these were not provided. There was also a large wooden structure positioned over the bed which we had not seen in the Booking.com photographs. It served no obvious purpose and made moving around the bed, particularly on one side, more difficult.
