「Good value and clean but be aware of the checking process」

−Ho dovuto acquistare un adattatore per poter lavorare, le prese elettriche non sono adatte ai dispositivi italiani. Ho chiesto un adattatore alla struttura ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta, mentre mi hanno supportato per altre esigenze. Non ci sono shampoo ne doccia schiuma, ma credo sia normale essendo un residence. Le stanze sono ottimamente isolate e confortevoli, il sistema di accesso è facile, ma non è presente personale in struttura per nessuna evenienza. Molto consigliato per soggiorni brevi.

+Super pratique, garage gratuit, tout est impeccablement propre. Très confortable. Arrivée est départ automatisé par codes.

+Emplacement pratique, bien situé proche des transports publics. Check-in 100% automatisé avec digicode à l'entrée. Studio moderne et bien équipé. Cuisine pratique. Propreté tout à fait acceptable.
−Interrupteurs tactiles pour la lumière/ventilation très mal conçus. Finitions de mauvaise facture (portes qui coincent, meuble de cuisine cassé, douche qui fuit sous la vitre. Lit correct mais pas exceptionnel.

「Alles prima」
+Es war alles nötige vorhanden , hochwertige Ausstattung. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise. Es gab einen Tiefgaragen Stellplatz, den wir leider aufgrund der Durchfahrtshöhe mit Dachbox nicht nutzen konnten. War für uns nicht schlimm .

「perfect for a small business journey」
+I appreciated the closet space for my clothes and the kitchen space. the opening of the studio was very easy and convenient although surprising at first.
−being at the ground floor with such large sliding glass door makes it not very cozy as people can see you easily from outside. i would recommend to stay at a higher level of the building.
