+Great location, close to the river, cafes and pubs. Excellent parking, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Great shower nice and hot, good heating, hanging space etc
−No prior information telling us that we needed to pick up the keys from reception across the road in the pub. The bathroom tap needed replacing as it was very hard to turn on and poor water flow.

+Close proximity to the Sunday market. Easily accessible and clean.
−The rooms are slightly outdated, which is to be expected and perfectly reasonable however our first room that we got into, the showerhead completely collapsed and was spitting water out of the side up against the wall so we were moved to an upstairs room and the toilet was running all night. It’s like it had a leak and all I could hear throughout the night is the water running in the toilet.
