「A relaxing stay with abundant birdlife and very attentive staff.」
+The design of the rooms and layout of the hotel.
−Nothing really major, only the noise of the traffic from the road below. We were expecting the restaurant to be open for lunch and dinner but there was no chef, and there was never any coffee at reception, but these were small things.

「Great location, poor facilities」
+Great location, beautiful property
−Unhygienic shower, no cupboard space in rooms, bugs everywhere despite mosquito net on bed, long walk and climb to get to breakfast, which was, after all that, average!
