「Muito bom」
+Localização é perfeita, muito fácil de acessar mas é importante saber que usar o Aplicativo NUMA é quase que essencial para ter uma experiência adequada. Sem ele teríamos sofrido no check-in e no acesso dos quartos. Os apartamentos tem tudo, foi muito bom.
−Infelizmente um dos banheiros deixou a desejar, ficou muito fedido durante toda a estadia (esgoto) e a água quente acabou durante o banho nas duas noites. A banheira não é a mesma coisa que um box, então pra idosos pode ser um problema, assim como pessoas com mobilidade reduzida

「Si quieres estar en el cogollo , este es el lugar.」
+Bonito apartamento en Ubicación excelente al lado del Duomo, la cama fantástica, y tenía todo lo necesario. Fácil localización y acceso.
−Es una lástima, que hay un nivel alto de ruido, dado la ubicación, y los anuncios luminosos alumbran como si fuera de día, se podría mejorar con alguna cortina opaca más. Eche de menos una tostadora.

「Walkable distance to Duomo but the room are not look good as their advertise .」
+- Close to Duomo and can be walkable . - Clean . - Some drink and snack provided .
−- Room need to be maintenance. - Small room . - Wet floor during take shower . - Nearby building block Duomo view as they had facade protection during their construction . (Our intention to see Duomo from this room balcony as we see from some review ) - Curtain cannot full open and need to be fixed . - In advertise look better than reality .

「Für drei Tage war es ein toller Ausfug, aber Milano haben wir jetzt gesehen.」
+grosses Zimmer (40 m2) Fenster nicht dicht! Zentrale Lage beim Dom oder Shoppen. mit der ATM SpA-Tageskarte konnte man sich gut verschieben und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtingen
−Externes Kaffee, nicht im Hotel. keine Hotelambiente (sehr anonym). Abläufe in Bad und Küche waren verstopft. Schlechter Geruch (Abläufe) im Bad/Dusche (war gerade ein Dämpfer). Sehr anonym, keine Kontrolle oder Service.

「Value for money」
+Location is central everything nearby. The room size is big with all facilities.
−The online check-in and no physical presence of any staff in case you arrive a bit earlier than 3pm. Secondly, the wash rooms are a bit weary needs improvement. Due to the location, the sound pollution is unavoidable (that's an inherent issue the management can't control)
