−Room photo was not as web sight showed. Room looked like it was being renovated with paint spots all over bathroom floor and shouldn't have been rented out, shower outlet was full of hair and toilet leaked onto floor when flushed.

「Midway needs to improve customer service」
+The location is good
−1.The customer service wasn't good. The lady at the reception. 2.on our arrival we were given the keys for three rooms one of the door were totally broken we cuodnt even open it, and we were told by the reception lady to wait outside for 30 mints, someone will come and fix it. How possible is that? It wasn't a good start for us at Midway.

「Not perfect, but sufficient」
+I liked the beds, clean and comfy. The TV worked which is always good. I like that I had several appliances available to me to make food, like a microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge to store the food. The shower was great.
−The windows in the bathroom were falling apart, very literally, they would not stay shut. The check-in and check-out process was unclear. The filter in the kettle was disgusting. The bathroom build quality was terrible, the walls were not nicely done. $98 for one night for one person in a room where the bathroom windows don't close is not a price I would pay again.

+The cleaning lady was polite and gave us extra towel. The shower was roomy.
−On arrival I had to walk to the next block in the rain to find the attendee to check us in. The room had rubbish on the floor when we arrived, our door had a plank of wood to keep the sliding door shut. The bench was dirty, the rubbish bin fit the tiniest amount of rubbish, the room had to be aired out as it had a weird smell.

「Don’t like the check in from the other motel. I think staff can be rude and I have found myself waiting to be served mul」
+Comfortable beds
−Staff when checking in and out , don’t seem to pay much attention to you. Every time I’ve checked in, they are eating and don’t politely welcome you in. Seem disorganised. Quality of the room is poor. Chips on walls, tv remove had no back. Tv didn’t properly swing making cords bend. Room smelt funny.
