「Disappointing service for a 4-star hotel」
+* Modern, clean facilities * 24-hour reception * Fast room service
−* Housekeeping: My bed was barely made on several occasions, with the pillows consistently left out of place. * Missing bath mat: After the first night, the bath mat was never replaced, so I had to use my hand towel instead. * Broken bathroom dispenser: The soap dispenser was broken and was never repaired during my stay. * Personal belongings: I found one of my belongings on the bathroom floor, underneath the sink. I have no idea how it ended up there, as I had kept all my belongings neatly organised. * Minibar and checkout issues: Staff entered my room to check the minibar, but the two items I had consumed were never replenished or properly recorded. When I raised the issue, the charges were not even showing in their system, which made the checkout process unnecessarily long. Finally, the restaurant experience was also disappointing. Perhaps this is a cultural difference, but I was uncomfortable with a fully enclosed area being designated as a smoking section, particularly when the windows could not be opened. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and potential, but the attention to detail and service fell short of what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the repea

「INCOMODIDAD TOTAL POR CULPA DE LA RECEPCIONISTA KARINA」
+La habitación estaba bien aunque no muy limpia
−La recepcionista (Karina), nos estafó en el precio contratado a traves de Booking, nos quitó el desayuno, se rio de nosotros, no nos hicieron las camas, no nos cambiaron las camas y al reclamarlo la mujer de la limpieza empujó y menosprecio a uno de los huespedes.

「Overall, we had a good stay」
+It was very cozy and comfortable.
−Some of the reception staff were rather rude and unprofessional. Additionally, locking the outdoor parking area is a very inconvenient decision, especially considering that the parking area directly in front of the hotel remains open 24/7. This is particularly frustrating for families with children, who may need access to their vehicles at any time, especially in case of an emergency.
