「Excellent value, nice rooms, great staff!」
+Excellent breakfast included, a little fridge in the room was a nice bonus, very close to the railway station, very amenable staff
−The property and staff could not be faulted, it is a few minutes walk into the main promenade attractions,which might be an issue for some but we liked it.

−Arrived at hotel at allocated time to check in ( 3.00pm) but no staff around to recieve us . Had to ring and message and use hotel neighbours to locate staff.

「Excellent value for money and would not hesitate recommending」
+Excellent value for money Water provided , biscuits and toiletries which for the price was excellent value Great breakfast
−The shower was very slow flowing We had a drink in bar in the afternoon and I would recommend maybe music playing as it was too quiet

+Staff were great from arrival to departure. Hotel is kept spotless and rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. TV, fridge, kettle, hair dryer in the room and I strongly believe if you needed anything else it wouldn't have been a problem for them to supply. Very helpful staff. Location great.
