+Le petit-déjeuner était bien et le personnel sympathique. Les conseils pour trouver un restaurant près de l'hôtel se sont révélés bons. Nous avons opté pour le premier à droite en repartant. C'est cuisiné et sympa et cela évite de faire 10km pour rejoindre le bas de la ville et trouver une restauration façon fast food.
−Le bruit fait par le voisin de notre chambre n°5 jusqu'à 2 heures du matin. Nous avons frappé à la porte pour lui expliquer qu'il n'était pas seul. La dispute a baissé d'intensité mais est restée toujours insupportable. Un autre point est à signaler pour cette chambre. Les photos du site de Booking sont mensongères. Ce n'est pas la faute de Booking mais bien celle de l'hôtelier. La chambre est non fumeur mais un cendrier est présent. Une seule paire de tong pour notre couple. Une seule ampoule éclaire sur les trois du lustre. Le lustre est mal fixé. Pas de tablette au dessus du lavabo même si les supports existent. Pas de gobelet dans le support prévu. Pas de grille pou l'évacuation de l'eau de la douche. Le combiné de la douche ne peut être positionné en hauteur car pas du même modèle. Plaque au plafond de la salle d'eau non fixée. Sortie des tuyaux du chauffage colmatée grossièrement. Et d'autres défauts ...

+Uitzicht op de bergen, aangrenzende weide met moestuin en koeien van een oudere stel
−Kittens in de restaurantlade, sigarettengeur vanaf ingang hotel, kamer stonk, warm water was schaars terwijl het koud was, kapotte douchekraan, lekkende douche, koud in restaurant tijdens ontbijt was alles open gezet terwijl het gewoon heel koud was. Ik begrijp niet hoe dit hotel nog bestaat. Recensies lijken niet slecht, maar we hebben er gewoon geen goed woord over.

「Looks like It used to be a great place in the past, but needs maintenance」
+Beautiful views, clean sheets and all. Quiet and peaceful.
−To have hot water one has to wait for a very long time. At least 5-7 minutes. Part of a problem that the shower mixer tap handle works in opposite direction compared to the sink mixer tap. This confusion makes you wait in and as you expect uniformity. Besides the shower “set”, designed to provide an opportunity to have water provided from different taps, in reality allows water to run horizontally and from a separate hose.

「Sehr schöne zwei Tage」
+Das Hotel liegt eine Stunde zu Fuss vom Dorf Zentrum entfernt. Super schön gelegen, mitten in der Natur. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Um zur Ruhe zu kommen sehr zu empfehlen.
−Es wären kleinere Unterhalt Arbeiten fällig

「Thanks for the service! It was a great experience for us staying at Mars Otel.」
+Fantastic location and view. The staff were great and once we asked for room with good mountain view they checked availability and changed our room. We had a nice stay and can only have good words about the hotel and its staff.
−A bit long drive up but as the hotel and the view was so good so it was worth.
