−Having to ask for bath mats and hand towels and having to wash cup's with stains and serving plates as well.build up of dust under table too. Not very good on cleanliness. Weren't informed about construction site opposite either.

+Breakfast was nice but noisy and expensive, a lot of construction happening and ironman event happening, a lot of pathways were blocked wasn't very happy about that, ironman event should have been cancelled while construction is happening, we still paid full price to try have a relaxing time away
−Appartment wasnt very clean, and didn't like big bath in main room, very hard to get in and out of shower, we used other bath room

「cant say anything bad except the cockroachs」
+It was great except for the work that was happening in front of the accommodation. lots of restaurants, shopping all close
−i did report this to the front desk that there was a cockroach infestation. We saw 4-5 each day i even had one crawling on my arm

「Magnificent views from a beautifully appointed apartment」
+Everything! Beautifully appointed, clean, renovated apartment with a magnificent views. Directly upstairs from restaurants, coffee shops & retail stores. A perfect holiday!
−Could do with black out blinds in 2nd bedroom to block light from passageways outside at night but was manageable during our stay. Foreshore work ongoing but beyond the control of the apartment….. will be magnificent once completed.

「We had a lovely time in Mooloolaba - it is a beautiful place to visit.」
+Location in Mooloolaba is excellent, and the view of the ocean from our room was lovely.
−This property is tired - soft furnishings need to be cleaned, walls are scuffed and marked, bathrooms need updating.

「Future stays might be better as it’s being renovated bit by bit」
+The location right at the esplanade
−Run down, works were started though so by next year should be good again. Our original room smelt musty so asked to change, replacement was better. Reception hit and miss if manned or messages via app answered , staff were helpful if there.
