「Uncomfortable.」
+Location and views are excellent. Can be a bit loud on the streets, but hey, this is the price for a central location.
−It was not our first time here, but it was our last. The shower does NOT work, only for cold water, but hot water just drips. The sink next to it works fine, so water is present, just the shower has some problem. Try to shower with ice cold water in october. And, the main problem: it was the same 1 year ago, and we told the reception about it! I honestly did not believe that the problem still persists one whole year later.

「Beautiful place in excellent neighborhood with good facilities.」
+Cannot beat the location outside tram station, behind Charles bridge and across cathedral. Excellent neighborhood, nice views from large windows, helpful staff who even loads and empties dishwasher. Convenient laundry.
−Instructions to use laundry was not clear. Took a while to end cycle. Small washer.

「eens de grote houtendeur van op straat dicht gaan heb je rust in de hotel...」
+locatie kon niet beter ...ongeveer 250 m vd CHARLES BRUG ...aande overkant was een tram ...is een winkel voor boodschappen te doen dicht bij...veel ruimte in appartement
−enkele mankamenten in badkamer ...een kraan werkte niet goed en bad lekte ..maar een dienst om het te maken was verwittigd

+Amazing location. The executive suite is a really beautiful apartment with all amenities. You hear the tram a little but not much other street noise with the windows closed.
−The hot water in the shower/tub didn't work, even though it was fine in the sink. Told the staff and they didn't do anything or communicate about it. We couldn't use the big fancy tub because it would have taken hours to fill with even warm water. Other minor stuff is the housekeeping replaces towels and trash daily but doesn't clean full room, which is fine except I didn't see this posted anywhere and felt like a bother asking for coffee pods each morning. I would stay here again if they fixed the water.

「Loved loved loved our stay and are already looking forward to booking again for our next time in Prague.」
+The location was so perfect! The staff were all helpful and very friendly. The apartment was beautiful, had a wonderful kitchen which we used for making breakfast and afew dinners in after hours of seeing the sights close by. The view of Saint Nicholas church from our balcony and living room was stunning. The apartment is in walking distance of Charles Bridge, Old Town and the amazing Astronomical clock. Many wonderful shops, restaurants and a little market made shopping so fun and easy. Having the tram station right outside was perfect for our many other excursions in different areas of the city and made it possible to easily arrive at the train stain for day trips to other towns outside of Prague.
