「Great location and easy check in.」
+Good value for money paid. Good location. Close to station and sea front, bars and shops.
−The lobby area smells a bit musty, the room was fine though.

「Value for money」
+The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was ideally situated for where we wanted to be on the night we stayed. The member of staff we saw was friendly and helpful.
−At the time of booking, we were not informed that there would be no open reception area. We had to ring a number and wait for someone to come and let us in. As it was pouring down, this wasn't ideal

−No soap or shower gel , had to unplug kettle to fill up as it was all connected , apart from that , happy

+Location good .close to bars etc Value for money Yes for what we paid .would we stay again Yes Few negatives but overall good easy check in .
−Pillows a little soft ideally more firmer. Quilt thin but was ok No bath mate for shower or floor which made it slippy getting in and out Floor also wet with no bath towel for stepping out of bath to

+The property was clean , tidy and the room I stayed in was just the same . The staff and owners were second to none, very pleasant and very very helpful. And the property is practically smack in the middle off all bars , restaurants, convenience stores etc . Highly recommended 👏
−Nothing at all , everything was spot on from arrival to checkout.

「I’d stay here again great for the bars and very central and fair price for the room.」

−It’s a super busy road and being the hottest day of the year I couldn’t open the window for fresh air due to noise.

「Pleasant Enough for the 2 nights」
+The room had the essentials. Comfortable enough for the 2 nights we were there.
−It was very dated, needed a remodel. The shower pressure was not ideal but it was useable. The hot water sink tap was so difficult to turn off.
