−They have nano rooms and they didn't mention in their rooms description. Booked from booking app which shows 1530/- and when went there the receptionist told we have booked nano rooms which they didn't mention earlier when called for booking confirmation with property owner and when I said okay with nano room and then receptionist ask me to pay 1600/- so I informed it says amount 1530/- then receptionist goes outside called sardarjee and he came inside and says no nano rooms available anymore one was there book it was having guests so need to pay around 2500/- for deluxe room so we said why didn't it mentioned while booking said nothing can be done want to have room or not. I said no we don't want it and moved to another hotel.

+Great budget friendly and quite hotel with a facility of 3 star category. Easy access from the Kolkata Airport. Staff behavior is good. Overall,we had a good stay..

−There was none in particular and nothing overall, was impressed by the staff's utmost care for the choice of rooms. Definitely worth every penny of money spent.
+Best hotel at Newtown.Stay worry free.We have stayed here for two days. Room provided was clean and in excellent condition.The staffs are really nice, helpful and polite. They try their best. Service is outstanding. Felt like home, really.If you want 5 star service in a low budget then definitely visit here once.. Highly Recommended💯

「Pure Hospitality💯」
+The hotel is located at very convenient location near to Bus stand and walkable distance from Biswa Bangla Convection centre. The staff is very polite ,Rooms are very clean and well maintained.I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making my stay peaceful and safe. I definitely will visit again whenever I travel to Kolkata.If you are looking for a chaos free, away from the city noise stay in Kolkata,The entire area reflects comfort. The lights and friendly staff made it feel like a place where you could truly relax. you can go for this one. Overall a very pleasant stay..

−Staff people was fraud. There was no room available at the booking price. They were trying to convert for another room with a high price.

+It is very nice place to stay.The owner and supporting staffs are very cooperative.The place is adjacent to Biswa Bangla gate and near to Eco park,Wax museum,airport etc.I recommend this hotel for 👪 families as the room facilities are good.
