「Comfortable, quiet and the mall is right up the street and Walmart is close by too.」
+It was to quiet, but it was a cool stay and very comfortable. The owner is cool and nice.
−It was 10pm I was having a conversation with a friend, I got a knock on the door telling me to quiet down. A hotel would be preferred if you’re having friendly conversation, at 10pm on the phone. The owner wasn’t rude at all. It just the principle of it all. Your voice will carry if your in an extremely quiet home.

−The pillows need to be replaced. I ordered new set from nearby Target store. No problem was a quick fix.

「affordable stay」
+I liked this place for three reasons: convenient location, convenient parking, and price. The room has a microwave, a small fridge, and a small TV. But otherwise, don't keep your expectations high. For this price, I appreciate the business of the owner.
−It was not very clean; the bathroom, especially, was probably cleaned quite some time ago. The room gets so much noise, you can hear everything from the next room. It is not good when someone starts to talk at 11 pm, right when you go to bed and try to sleep.
