「Lovely place, great value, helpful staff.」
+Clean, spacious rooms, easy check in. Staff really pleasant. Property is close to the family we were visiting.
−Can’t think of any dislikes, though we do like a room with a fridge wherever possible.

「Outperforms, it’s Price point in every aspect」
+What a very pleasant surprise, especially at that price point. My expectations were completely exceeded and that is extremely difficult as I am a very seasoned and cynical traveller
−The walls are quite thin and I suspect it would be easy to be disturbed if you had noisy neighbours

「A bed for the night with no frills」
+Convenient location, easy access to eating venues - for some reason we were given an accessible room which if you requested this facility was spacious with accessible shower.
−Looked worn there were bins of dirty linen left along the corridor when we checked in at 5pm still there when we left in the morning. Poor lighting in the room and if you opened curtains you were looked into from the car park bathroom was tired.

「Not value for money - dirty - good location.」
+Good location and cheaper option to the main hotel (albeit not that cheap in comparison to other hotels etc like premier inn etc). The increase of price in comparison to the other hotels (premier inn travelodge) was NOT reflected in the quality of the stay.
−Hotel room was very spacious I will grant that. Parking was good. Room was filthy, covered in stains, thick coating of grime on the remote control and many questionable hairs found (and we weren’t even looking for them)

「Comfortable room and good location.」
+Good location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Ample parking close to the hotel. Bonus is the use of the larger hotel facilities on the same site. Have stayed here before and would stay again. Good value for money.

「Ok if you want a basic hotel, but won't stay again.」
+The room was clean and the bed comfortable, it was quite basic, no fridge. The bathroom was clean and overall the decoration was good.
−I thought I had booked the hotel next door as it's all part of the same complex. The Lodge is like an annex with a pub attached, not what I had expected as it was a special birthday weekend. The breakfast was very disappointing. As gluten free there was very little for me to eat. The fruit salad was ok, there were 2 types of yoghurt, very sweet fruit yoghurt that I left, and low fat plain yoghurt that I didn't have, both were warm! The cooked breakfast that my partner had was ok but poor ingredients, I haven't seen streaky bacon on a menu in years!

「Down south visit」
+Beds were very comfy. Shower was nice and powerful.
−Room was a bit tired. A lot of bleach stains on the carpet and the bathroom tiles were broken with bedded in grime/dirt/mould.
