「cold shower and toilet had to be flush more than once」

−Toilet barely works and no hot water. This is the second time at this hotel and we had the same issues the first time

+Wir waren das zweite Mal da, es ist einfach nur schön. Die Zimmer sind super, das Personal ist super, die Lage ist super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in das Hotel fahren.

「Favourite hotel in BCS」
+Pretty much everything; food is excellent and room are big comfy bed unbelievable views from the front of the hotel ! Love the dining room staff especially the breakfast workers! Always come say hi to us and wish us a safe trip !
−Pretty expensive rooms are booked early and need to be smart when you reserve. Also make sure it’s the proper room you need and want . Still struggling a bit to get my favourite spot . You live once ! 😎😎
