「Lage und Möblierung sind super.」
+Lage ist großartig. Mitten im kölner Zentrum. Auch die schon oft erwähnte Parkmöglichkeit im gegenüber liegenden Parkhaus zum fairen Preis sind gut. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist, sagen wir mal, mondän und mal was anderes.
−Dass das Bad mit Klo nur durch einen Vorhang im Zimmer abgetrennt ist, da muss man sich schon gut kennen und mögen. 😬 Und für die Mücke in der Nacht kann das Hotel wirklich nichts.

「Wir sind enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt, sehr schade!」
+Die Lage ist gut und das Parken relativ entspannt.
−Leider wurde unsere Vorfreude bei Ankunft getrübt. Wir haben unsere Reise bereits vorzeitig abgebrochen und nach der ersten Nacht das Hotel wieder verlassen. In unserem Zimmer war es nicht richtig sauber, schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke und das Zimmer hat bei Ankunft übel gerochen. Die Toilette direkt neben dem Bett welche nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt war, war für uns ebenfalls nicht akzeptabel.

「Ruhiger als erwartet, sauber und besonders」
+Gute Kommunikation (nicht persönlich) und Information, alles war gut und einfach zu finden. Zugang jederzeit mit Pincode, es war sehr sauber und ruhig
−Toilette im Raum, nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Dies sollte kenntlicher gemacht werden.

「Overall, a pleasant stay!」
+Great location right in the city centre, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee. The bed was quite comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have several complimentary creams and shampoos provided.
−The bathroom sink was quite noisy at night, which was disturbing.

「Very clean and comfortable in a great location」
+Great location, a 10 minute walk to the main train station, about 2 minutes to the nearest tram station. The room (no. 1) was nicely decorated, quiet, and clean with a tea maker in the room and a nespresso machine in the hallway just outside the room. Easy check-in and check-out. The bed was very comfortable. There is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, but a heavy curtain for some privacy. A coffee shop is right next to the building, restaurants and shops are very close by as well.
