「自分で準備できる人向けの宿泊施設」
+他の部屋と隣接してるが意外と静か 部屋に入れば、よその音は気にならない 一部屋4人までは寝れる 安いし、広いし、トイレ、シャワー、エアコンなど最低限ほしいものはあるし、一人旅利用でも、女子会で夜までおしゃべりするでも不便はないと思います ご飯を買い忘れて行っても、冷食・カップラーメン・冷えてるジュースもあるし、観光途中の一泊では充分だと思う
−何となくの古さは否めない 昔のペンションって雰囲気です 安さゆえにベットメイクから、タオルの準備も自分でやる ホテルのようなすべてメイクしてもらうような宿泊施設を期待する方には向かないと思います 川がきれいなんだけど、草だらけで降りられなかったのが残念
+値段の割に設備が充実しており、満足出来ました。

+いろんな設備を自由に使える 静か 調理器具がたくさんある
−予約の部屋タイプと違ったが、誰もいないので、理由を聞いたり、予約通りに戻したりできなかった

「Bad smell, old building, no staff around to help」
+Nothing in particular
−-Strong smell of humidity -No blankets on the bed…you need to go to another floor to pick some sheets and blanket to make the bed yourself! -No staff around -curtains can’t close completely, people can see you from outside -Dark patio and parking, felt unsafe

「Stay away from this place.」
+Nothing.
−The place is dirty, poorly managed, and has serious humidity issues - the walls are covered in mold and the entire space has an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, we didn’t research thoroughly beforehand and regretted staying here.

−Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that the shower was out of order due to a boiler malfunction. They verbally assured me that this was the hotel's fault and that I would receive a full refund, so I cancelled my reservation and found another place to stay. I waited a few weeks but still no refund. The hotel was in poor condition overall, smelled musty, and looked abandoned.

「Passabile」
+Il posto sicuramente in mezzo al verde, a 3 minuti dalla fermata dell'autobus e 15 dal porto di togendai. La possibilità di prepararci la colazione o tutti i pasti, vendono tante cose da mangiare a prezzo molto contenuto Lo staff non si è visto, ma bastava scrivergli che rispondevano subito
−La pulizia purtroppo, soprattutto in cucina e la puzza di umidità
