「Charming Small British Hotel」
+Charming small British hotel. Nicely decorated. Restaurant underneath. Close to Egham High street and train station. Helpful staff. Daily housekeeping.
−Unfortunately our room (called Vesci) was very uncomfortable. Too small. We could barely walk around the bed. Barely any space to open our bags. No heating in the toilette. It was freezing. We had to use a small heater that didn't reach fully into the toilette. No window in the bedroom expect in the toilette. The window in the toilette is not air-tight so cold air was coming in. We did check out other rooms and they were much better (more spacious with a window). Probably all the windows in the hotel need to be replaced to make them air-tight and soundproof. I would've rated it higher if it wasn't for our uncomfortable room. I would book it again but I'd make sure to get a different room.

+Very attractive building, rooms were beautifully decorated, bed extremely comfortable. Staff were excellent. Central Egham location, handy for all amenities.
−Rather noisy, due to location by main road (A30) behind and High St at front.

+Beautiful room, very comfortable
−It was rather noisy and a bit bright as the shutters weren't particularly effective, but the noise is due to the location and I'm a very light sleeper so may not bother others

「Great stay in Egham!」
+The Kings Arms is a super pub with lovely rooms and very friendly staff. The evening meal and breakfast was excellent.
