「Perfect sleeping accommodations well located」
+Very painless check in / check out. Facility was obviously updated recently and very easy to navigate. Communication was excellent as well.
−No much, smaller motel type rooms but that was expected

「Pictures looked much better online than in person」
+We were greeted by a staff member upon arrival and able to check in 2 hours early.
−The room was full of bugs in the corners, bugs on the bed, had a moldy smell and stains on the towels and linens. We stayed one out of the 4 nights and ended up staying with family the remainder of our stay.

「Great location and a wonderful room.」
+The rooms were recently updated and very nice and clean. It was in a beautiful setting. The pool was very nice. The beds were comfortable and they had everything you could need. I would return for sure. It was a great deal!
−The pillows were too firm for me.

「It was clean and comfortable and served our needs very well.」
+There was no breakfast included or offered. The room had a microwave, frig and coffee maker, and the kitchette in the office had microwave, coffee maker and toaster with a table and chairs but no sink. We used the toaster and table for our breakfast. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern, water was hot. It was a small room with two double beds but no room for table or chair. it was fine for our stay. There is a nice pool with table and chairs but we did not use them. The location was great for us. There are a number of beautiful beaches nearby, lots of shops along the route. It's very scenic.
−I liked that there was a microwave and frgi, but the frig did not have a freezer compartment, so there was no place to refreeze our picnic cold packs. I guess that was the only thing I would have changed.
+It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was very close to restaurants and Cape Playhouse
