+Good location for centre and broad street , quick responses from host, cheap car park just around the corner
−Only stayed 1 night out of our planned 2 , we stayed a Friday night and had no idea there was a nightclub 2 doors up people leaving it wasn't an issue the issue was 80 plus people packing out the small side street going nowhere until 5am and inhaling laughing gas. We know this because of the awful mess in the street when we left in the morning gas canisters everywhere. Not only did you have this but you are also on a main busy road with cars beeping their horns to the people in the streets till all hours. Place called itself deluxe I would not agree bathroom needed a few areas looking at. Owner was quick to respond but said could not be blamed for outside noise I agree but it was next level noise with the quantity of people. Perfect place if you are a party people and joining the nightclub revellers.

−Literie extrêmement mauvaise nous sommes repartis avec tous les 2 un mal de dos terrible. C’est vraiment TRÈS bruyant. L’hôtel est sur une rue très passante en continu et les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées. On entend nos voisins parler et regarder la tv. Les chambres sont tellement petites qu’on ne peut même pas poser nos valises. Pour entrer dans la salle de bain il faut faire des acrobaties car la porte est bloquée par le lit. J’ai réservé à cause des commentaires qui sont mensongers

「Great value, very clean and in a good location 😀👍」
+Very clean and cosy. Good shower and plenty of fresh towels.Having a fridge is very handy. The location is very good and in walking distance to New Street Station, Bullring Shopping Centre, Markets, main shops theatres, museums, nightlife etc. Will definitely come back.
−Nothing to do with the hotel but if you are new to Birmingham and coming from New Street station don't rely on Google Maps. It turns a 10 minute walk into 50😲.

「Very good value for money & convenient location」
+Great location and very clean, they provided earplugs and a white noise machine for outside noise which worked well.
−Area was not so great - litter outside and on a busy street.
