+清潔だった。
−チェックイン時にスタッフから「先ほどお電話で2名に変更された伺いましたが、お連れ様はいかがしましたか。」と確認されました。そのような予定はなく、連絡もしていなかったので、否定しました。しかし宿泊中に誰かが部屋に来る予定があったのかと、不安を持ったまま過ごすこととなりました。
+スタッフの方の対応が良かった
−水周りの匂いや湿気が気になる、バスタブの水捌けが悪い

+Beautiful place, nice location and the staff were very polite and helpful

+Walking distance from asakusa and close enough to ueno, located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to a supermarket and a laundry and also very close to the inarisho station and varios combinis

「Nice hotel in Tokyo」
+We liked that the hotel was quiet and the personnel was very kind. It was clean and it had an onsen on the top of the building
−The room was smaller in size and somehow, it was humid. We had to keep the windows open so it did not smell bad due to humidity

+This is a comfortable hotel, convenient for Yanaka, Ueno and Kapabashi street. It’s clean and the area is very quiet even though it’s so central
−The double room is too small for 2 people if you have any luggage (and I travel light…)

「Rooftop onsen with a comfortable bed」
+I liked that there was an onsen, although the hours for it was a bit disappointing as it swapped between women and men and wasn’t open always.
−I expected a bit more for the price, and I felt like the room was difficult to open my suitcase and the bathroom was a bit small.

「Lovely Stay, Just a Little Cozy」
+The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. It was close to many of the things we wanted to see.
−The rooms were small and the twin bedroom we got the beds were pushed together, so it was basically one bed. We had to push them apart. Overall it was nice just a bit cramped, so I'd definately tell people not to bring too much luggage. Also the beds were a little hard. I have an achy back so that might also be something to mention/disclaim for others.
