「Un po’ deludente」
+Camera spaziosa e accogliente, letti molto comodi.
−Non all’altezza di un 5 stelle in molte cose, non c’è la reception quindi fai il check-in in mezzo al passaggio del ristorante, niente mini bar in camera, molti del personale non parlano inglese, colazione non all’altezza per il prezzo della struttura in Armenia.

「Great view and amazing property」
+Amazing location and well maintained property. Lively city view from my room.
−Didn't have loft but they have a person who assist with the luggage. Dinner can have more vegetarian options

「Magnifique vue depuis un hôtel de standing」
+La vue sur la ville depuis cet hôtel 5* de Goris est magnifique. La possibilité de dîner en terrasse (et prendre le petit déjeuner aussi) est une superbe opportunité. Les chambres sont meublés avec goût dans un style typiques
−L’isolation des chambres pourraient être encore améliorée

+I loved the decor and the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We had a great view. We were able to park across the street from the lobby so parking was very convenient. There was no lift, which I didn't pay attention to when booking, but the boys helped with the luggage.
−Breakfast was simple and sufficient, but dinner was a disappointment. The wait staff couldn't speak English or Russian so I had to use Google translate and internet images to communicate. The food wasn't bad, but the serving sizes (much larger than in the menu) and presentation of food didn't correspond to the menu.

「A wonderful traditional hotel overlooking Goris.」
+A wonderful hotel overlooking Goris. The hotel is well furnished in traditional Armenian style. THe breakfast was very good and the terrace restaurant is very well situated.. Very good value
−We booked the restaurant but then felt as though the staff did not really want us there. We were intiially told there was no table on the terrace and seated inside on our own. When we complained an outside table was then found. There was no wine list so choosing wine (and knowing the price was tricky). The white wine wasnt chilled and no cooler was provided. However the food we were served was very good and the terrace has great views over Goris
