「Un hotel muy acogedor」
+Si me gustó mucho, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico y a pocos minutos caminando al centro de Cunda
−Que no había aire acondicionado en la habitación, pero bueno era Octubre y para ellos en esta época del año no lo encienden y me imagino que es así también en otros hoteles en esta temporada del año

「Meravigliosa struttura, esattamente come Cunda:)」
+La struttura è molto carina, molto ben manutenuta e le persone che ci lavorano sono di estrema gentilezza ed empatia. La colazione era qualcosa di divino. Tutto fatto in casa, dolce e salato. Ampissima scelta e altissima qualità. Alla reception ho trovato due persone meravigliose, il signor Sarvan estremamente disponibile e gentile! La struttura è in pienissimo centro, tutto a portata di mano. È stato tutto super delizioso!

「Traumfrühstück in einem super schönen Hotel!」
+Rundum super, das Hotel bietet alles was man erwartet! Ein schickes kleines Boutique Hotel mit einem schönen Pool und einem wirklich phänomenalen Frühstück!
−Wenn man ein Manko finden will, ist es vielleicht, das es keinen Strand fussläufig zu erreichen gibt.

「Location is sensational」
+Awesome location, few mins to restaurants, cafes, the harbour and the bus stop. Pool area is stunning, the staff are awesome and everything was lovely.
−The noisy rooster in the neighbourhood but it’s not the hotels fault.

「Almost perfect, but...」
+Okay, so this is slightly complicated, but I still give the hotel a very high rating. The staff were superb and very responsive. The hotel is generally beautiful and well fitted out. The breakfast offering is amazing! However... apparently other guests who stay here are fine with the fact that the 'air conditioning' does not actually cool the rooms. I realised the unit was not pushing out cold air (and the fridge was not able to cool down bottles of water) and asked for it to be examined. I eventually changed rooms but it was exactly the same with air conditioner and fridge in the new room. The air conditioners (coil fan units) don't actually cool and this was a deal breaker for me, so I moved to a different hotel. The staff were great about all of this and arranged a refund for the two extra nights I was booked for and even suggested another hotel nearby (which I didn't take up). Kapya Cunda is nicer overall than the new hotel and the staff much friendlier, but I can sleep more peacefully in a cool room.
−The air conditioning and the fridge that doesn't cool are the only problems. Everything else is fantastic. I really appreciate the wonderful and friendly staff. If you're fine with a room that is not cool (there are ceiling fans as well) then book this hotel!
