+The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. We even got given a packed lunch for one day we were leaving too easy for breakfast! The stored out extra luggage for free while we were in Chitwan. Great service. Restaurant is also amazing.

+A nice hotel in a strategic location with a very good service. A free shuttle from and to the airport is an exceptional service.
