−Not clean and size of washroom too small
+We stayed in kaatil homes for 1 day, it is quiet a wonderful experience. The host treated us good. Personal bike also given by host for rent to explore the varkala. Room are tidy and clean. Checkin and checkout are very easy, if you arrive early then host will arrange for a luggage storage and you can explore and then check in.

「Rather ok, but toilets should can be better.」
+The bed was comfortable, the room and bed sheets were clean, the personel was helpful and always present and the smart tv was working! 5minutes walking to main Varkala promenade.
−There is a reason why they don’t show the toilet photos anywhere. It was rather rejecting. It was not clean, the walls had dirt on them. Everytime we turned on the kettle the whole power in room was turned off. The neighborhood is rather creepy and full of garbage.
