「Good deal & average stay!」
+The price was great for the stay. The property looked update other than a few cosmetic things here and there. The room smelled clean and looked clean upon entry. Overall not bad for the price paid.
−The AC was a little confusing (had to have switch turned on to use it) and there were some cosmetic touch ups near the AC. The sink was pretty small.

+Nothing. It was terrible. I left after one night and had paid for three nights in advance
−Dirty. Found a rat trap under the bed. The mattress was lumpy. The curtain looked like an old flag from a middle eastern country. No elevator. I had to haul everything up a rusty metal stair case

「Fair for the money.」
+Convenient location.
−Heater had to be turned all the way up just to knock the chill. Toilet handle didn’t work correctly. Deadbolt lock would not fit into latch. Baseboards were dusty. Floor needed to be mopped better.

+The room was clean and spacious but the door wouldn't lock properly and there was no hot water when I attempted to take a shower

+We like the size of room
−The door didn't shut . It was broken in to before I guess. An so u could push it open .so anybody could come in an the heat did not work so we froze

「Never again.」
+Felt like a methlab not welcoming at all. The rooms are all missing furniture or have TV’s from 2000’ that don’t work. They keep their rooms at 30 degrees while vacant in the winter. To say the least I didn’t like anything about it.
