+整體乾淨，地點就在海邊，三樓的景觀剛好可以看到月光海。
−靠近落地窗下方牆壁有一點油漆脫落的痕跡。 浴缸有很明顯不確定是修補還是磨損使用痕跡，看到就不想使用了。

+用心經營，非常乾淨，位置超讚，觀日出,聽浪泡澡，走路可到小七，卻很安靜，早餐好吃，手繪地圖很用心，回訪被升等大驚喜，謝謝老闆款待，此地無疑是出了台東到長濱之間，非包棟者最佳住宿選擇。
−若是硬要說缺少什麼，大概就是因為電梯，對行動不便者或部分長輩較不適合

「很用心經營，值得推薦的台東民宿」
+舒適的房間、美麗的海景。用心準備的早餐。屋主介紹東河舊橋，走了它的步道，美不勝收。隔天去了貓洞也非常值得。
−晚上近11:00躺在床上睡覺，突然聽到刺耳的嗶聲。發現是天花板的煙霧偵測器發出來的。打電話給屋主，很快就上來把它先拆走。沒有這個事件的話，會給滿分。

+Run by quite possibly Taiwan’s cutest couple, Jacaranda House is your perfect home away from home. The lovely owners were super helpful organising a scooter with surfboard racks and hooked us up with the local surf shop. Every question I asked before we got there was responded to immediately. Upon arrival we were greeted with juice and fresh cake. Home cooked breakfast every morning was delicious. The rooms overlook the ocean and the view is worth a million dollars. Super comfy beds, great bathroom with all the facilities. Beautiful gardens surrounding the property are worth spending time in and you may get to see a mongoose if you’re lucky. Seriously, this is where you stay when you go to Donghe.
