「Great 3rd stay!」
+Just had our 3rd stay here! Not 1 bad thing to say about the place...great location not far from beach front and a little walk to marina or nightlife. The staff are great especially Mert and Boran...nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks all great, no complaints from us and great prices too. Room was very spacious with separate lounge, bedroom and bathroom...bed was comfy and the maids are so lovely, keep the room spotless. Pool area kept clean and plenty of sunbeds which arent always taken...none of the sunbed wars either. Great place and will return!

「Poor hotel」
+Location not bad. Size of room ok
−No cooking facilities as described. Had to gobout snd buy takeaway food ehich was very expensive. No hot water. No housekeeping, dirty linen, dirty entrance, staff not friendly,

「Ignore the bad reviews」
+Halfway through our stay today (30/09) and loving it at Isla. We have stayed here for the last 4 years and always enjoyed it. Very friendly staff and no hassle. We are staying in rooms in the block that faces the main road and they have been modernised over the last 12 months. Much smarter and modern. Aircon is seemingly included and now the balcony doors are rigid, you should get a great night sleep even with the local chickens and the early prayer call. Perfect location, walk to the front and surrounded by shops and supermarkets. Try and get to Dr Jivago bar just round the corner, the owner is lovely as is the pub cat 😺

「Basic room not deluxe」

−Paid for deluxe suite, definitely not luxurious. Very basicMaid service (twice in 2 weeks and then it was poor) no clean bed linen, no towel rails. no cutlery. Plates or hob on arrival. No hot water for a week, round pool dirty. Rooms thin, blamed for other people's rubbish. Asked for twin beds and got double, partner had to sleep on couch for tea weeks

「Exceptional」

「Poor」
+Room was very nice
−They have 2 option...1 without breakfast, 1 with breakfast . I paid for breakfast and man on reception told me they dont do that. Man on reception wasnt very polite and I would never go again there. Room was good renovate, but very cold because there is another bulding 2 meters from windows so no sun .and aircondition was not working
