「Gross experience!!」
+Shared reception area in Redearth was clean, and staff friendly but went downhill from there.
−No lift for the Isa Hotel, so used Redearth lift. Not sure the last time that was vacuumed, but a lot of litter and dirt on floor. Had to walk length of one hotel, outside and across a bridge to Isa Hotel to our room. The room was very dark and dingy with poor lighting. It did however have a coffee machine and bottled water supplied. The bed was comfortable. That's where it ends. Under the shower mat the floor was very mouldy and gross. The carpet was also dirty both in the room and hallway outside. Then the stairs leading down to dining room had litter, dirt and dead cockroaches plus a broken railing. Perhaps complimentary ear muffs might be the go, especially Friday and Saturday nights when the room thumps to the sounds of night club downstairs until early hours of the morning. What an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons!

「Dirty common areas. Disappointing!」

−The hotel has old and filthy carparts throughout! This a simple fix. Perhaps tiles could replace the old and filthy carpets if you are concerned about workboots fro workers who stay there. The common areas seem to be pooly cleaned. Disappointing considering the cost to stay in ISA.
