「Perfect 4* hotel」
+Everything was perfect, very kind and helpful staff, good location, really close to the bus station. The room was clean and well-equipped, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

+Freundliches Personal, Zimmer war genügend gross und modern ausgestattet
−Frühstück war unter den Erwartungen (andere Gäste hatten dies sehr gelobt), auch weil das Angebot eher bescheiden war. Die Frühstücksauswahl am Flughafen in der Lounge war sogar besser. In meinem Zimmer hatte es auch einen Käfer, was ich als eklig empfand. Ich hätte eine breitere Auswahl an Pflegeprodukten und Amenities im Badezimmer erwartet. Der Preis war meiner meiner zu hoch, wenn man es mit den angebotenen Leistungen und anderen 4 Sterne Hotels in Zagreb vergleicht.

+Todo, excelente personal dispuestos a ayudarte en todo, desayuno variado y bueno. Ubicación excelente y habitación linda limpia y moderna. El baño tiene todo lo que necesitas.

「This is an excellent hotel very convenient to the bus station.」
+The room was very convenient, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was very good as well. Sven, the hotel manager was excellent!! He was extremely helpful and friendly.

「Passable but expected more.」
+Close to the bus station. Good shower and good size room
−Large bed but not comfortable. Room heating was on full blast when I arrived, took a while to cool down. Right on main road and window didn't close properly so quite noisy.
